Montauk Credit Union offers makes applying for a new account, product or service easy and convenient for our members! Simply print out and complete the applications or transaction forms you wish to submit, then fax them to us at (212) 989-0483. Of course, you can also drop them off at the credit union in person if you choose. For non-members, our Membership Application is available, however it must be submitted in person.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW
MEMBER ACCOUNT

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that
identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you:
When you open a new member account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.  We will also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
